What the Hell!
They actually found him guilty. I really am amazed. We are talking to his lawyer about appeal. If we don't appeal (or don't win the appeal) he will have to do community service, parole and (because ths issurance agency that insuured the stolen/wrecked car got in the mix) possibly pay up to $21,000. Oh yeah, and they wanted him to write a letter of appology. Bastards!
There is another hearing in Spetember to determine how much reciprocity they believe is due. I don't think the judge even knew what "beyond a reasonable doubt" means.
